Founding members

Be known in the market before you hire in it.

Founding members are the employers who build the crew with us. They are in front of the market months before they hire, in the room at every crew night, and first in line when members say yes.

Why become a founding member

The crew forms once. Founding members are already in it.

A search finds the people who are available this month. A warmed market means the right people already know your name, have heard your leaders speak and have chosen to meet you when the role opens. That head start carries into your next site.

What founding members get

Six things, in every market you hire in.

01

The market map

Counted pools for the profiles you hire, in the cities you hire in, refreshed monthly with the method and date behind every number.

02

Forward warming

Campaigns that put your name in front of the mapped audience months before you hire, led by project news and your people, not job ads.

03

A seat at every crew night

Your leaders host and speak at the in-person evenings in your markets. Employers who are not founding members do not.

04

First introductions

Members who match your profiles, and who say yes, meet you before anyone else.

05

Candidates in your ATS

Delivered into your own applicant tracking system with a source tag, through our talent partner Avesco Talent Solutions.

06

A live view

Your executives and hiring managers see the pipeline by profile and city, read live from your ATS.

The first twelve weeks

From a yes to a measured result.

Every founding membership starts with one hiring push in one region, run in waves, with three checkpoints where scope can change.

  1. Weeks 0–1

    Mobilise

Approved openings, seats and hiring managers confirmed. Sources and talent pools set up in your ATS.

  2. Weeks 1–2

    Map

First counts for every profile and city, with a hand-checked sample. Scope confirmed against the real pool.

  3. Weeks 2–9

    Warm

The first market is warmed, checked at week 6, then the second market follows with what we learned.

  4. Weeks 3–11

    Hire

Hiring waves in each market, with turnaround targets visible in the live view.

  5. Week 12

    Review

Results against targets, and the decision on the next markets.

Why founding, not later

Joining later means joining someone else's room.

Members will join at any time. Founding places will not stay open. These are the terms only founding members get.

First

First introductions in each market

When a member matches your profiles and says yes, you meet them before employers who join later.

Host

The hosts members remember

The first crew nights in each region are hosted by founding members. That first impression is hard for anyone else to buy later.

Next

First call in every new market

When we open a new region, founding members are offered a place there before anyone else.

The ground rules

The community stays neutral. That is why it works.

  • Members join Data Hall Crew, not an employer. Founding members never receive the member list.
  • Introductions are opt-in, one at a time. That is why early-career people trust it enough to join.
  • A limited number of founding members per region. Enough for members to have a real choice, few enough that each one stands out.
  • Your ATS stays your system of record. We connect to it. We do not replace it.

Founding places are limited in each region. Tell us the roles and regions on your hiring plan, and we will show you the map for those profiles, the first crew nights and how the first twelve weeks would run.
